Childhood friends who worked together and became partners in another agency. Wanting to do more and better, they created Ideatore in 2004.
They baptized with this name, which in Italian means creator/author, so that employees felt part of the business. Here, everyone is an Ideator: from assistance to writers, from interns to those who already have the agency's heritage board.
With perfect harmony, Rogério and Thales complemented each other in the tasks: they created strategic plans for big brands, offered complete and innovative solutions for their clients, spent nights approving works in printing companies and reinvented the agency every day. But they also went to the Post Office to post contracts, to the bus station to get products to photograph and to the supermarket to buy coffee, paper and liquid soap.

Nobody does anything alone, and in this case, not even two. To continue growing, they always had competent professionals. First one, then two, seven, twenty and, today, we are one of the largest agencies in the interior of São Paulo and the country.

In 2019, Rodrigo, who is number seven in the sentence above, became a partner. Together they celebrated this achievement. Afterwards, Thales and Rogério celebrated even more, as they now have someone else to help make the decisions and to take turns going to the Post Office (here, there are more parentheses: Rodrigo is smart and has implemented a contract management software - no one more goes to the Post Office).
The friendship of the partners reflects the agency's culture. A cool place to hang out with cool people who also work together and give their blood for customers every day. Valuing long-lasting relationships, there are clients we have served for 22 years. The bill doesn't add up, we know, but we're human, not exact, and life is full of surprises.

Passionate about marketing and technology. And because I like everything always very well thought out, I implanted planning in my vein. The always great relationship with people also helped me. But both on the one hand and on the other, one thing is certain: I will always be an apprentice following the evolution of the world.

Passionate about books, I was born a copywriter. I overcame my shyness to become a service. I overcame many more challenges to be an entrepreneur and to be ahead of Ideatore. A fan of brands and marketing, I'm always looking for a way to do better, to be different and to surprise. But always pragmatically, with an eye on deadlines and results.
Head of Culture
I was born in advertising without knowing it, that's why I studied Journalism. From my passion for texts and brands, I grew up as a graphic designer and creative writer, managing clients and teams. The focus on processes and people made me responsible for the agency's culture, supporting the acceleration of talent and our excellence in results.
Since I was a little girl, I've always been very expressive and communicative, and that's why the choice for advertising was something natural. Until I got in touch with my area of training, I had good experiences in terms of customer relations and people management in large companies. But it was as an advertiser that I found several opportunities to contribute creatively and fulfill myself as a professional.
I am an advertiser specializing in digital marketing. Performance strategies for lead capture, ad performance and social media. I really like to plan, execute, analyze and, in partnership with the team, seek the best results.
I am an advertiser and I chose this profession after a very complex quest to do something I really enjoyed. Before Advertising, I started 02 other faculties, but it was in Advertising that I managed to unite two passions: creativity and the business world.
I have a degree in Marketing and my choice was due to the desire I had to communicate, to be understood and to influence people. All these features were a challenge for me as I was extremely shy. And it was because I wanted to challenge myself in all these ways that I decided to follow this path and it was in this profession that I rediscovered myself and strengthened myself.
